Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the N4Me mobile application and related services provided by N4M Digital ("we", "us"). By accessing or using N4Me, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

N4Me is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the app. By using N4Me, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@n4mdigital.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Your use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data (including Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics). Please read it carefully at /privacy.

We have dedicated Child Safety Standards. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. See /child-safety for details.

You may upload optional content (e.g., photos, profile information). You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and process it solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to the content you share.

You agree not to: (i) violate laws, infringe rights, or post illegal, hateful, or exploitative content; (ii) harass, threaten, or harm others; (iii) impersonate others or misrepresent your identity; (iv) upload malware or attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service; (v) target or engage with minors; (vi) spam or use automated means without authorization.

Exercise caution when interacting with other users online and offline. We do not conduct criminal background checks. Always meet in public places and inform a trusted person. Use the report tools or contact contact@n4mdigital.com to report suspicious behaviour.

The app may use Google Maps/Place Picker to let you select a location. The city may be visible to other users; precise details remain private. Map data is provided by third parties and may be inaccurate or incomplete.

We may rely on third-party providers such as Firebase (hosting, authentication, analytics, storage, Firestore) and Crashlytics. Your use of N4Me may therefore be subject to their terms and policies.

We and our licensors own all rights in the app and its content (excluding user content), including trademarks, logos, visuals, and software. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms.

If we offer paid features or subscriptions, prices, billing cycles, and cancellation policies will be shown in-app and/or by the platform store. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our policies, or to protect users’ safety. Repeated or severe violations can lead to permanent termination.

You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion via https://www.n4mdigital.com/N4Me/deleteaccount.html. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or for security, legal, or operational reasons.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Consumers may bring claims before the competent courts of their place of residence where mandatory consumer law allows. Otherwise, the courts of Paris, France, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
